How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on where you are, orders processed will take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive.
Do you offer express shipping?
Unfortunately we currently do not offer express shipping, however we will be more than happy to assist if you require your delivery urgently. Please feel free to contact us and we can discuss alternative shipping options.
What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed.
Please be advised that our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.
Our carriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order) even if you request an unattended delivery.
They may do so if:
- There is no clear delivery instruction authorising them to leave the parcel in a safe place
- Somebody is home but they cannot provide proof of age
- The driver is concerned that minors are present in the vicinity of your premises
Swift + Moore supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You must be over 18 years of age to place an order online or over the phone or receive a delivery.
Who will deliver my parcel?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. Shipping carrier is determined based on location.
How to track your parcel
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a copy of you tracking number. If you cannot locate your tracking number or parcel, please email us at sales@swiftandmoore.com.au
Do you ship overseas?
No, unfortunately we only ship domestically in Australia.
