100 Souls Distillery original dark rum is created through the warm fermentation of Australian sugar cane, molasses and demerara sugar with native yeast from the Caribbean. The resultant sugar wine is then triple pot distilled and aged in French oak hogshead for a period of three years. Perfect in a tumbler on ice.
Delicate vanilla, raw sugar, honey, liquorice and molasses notes abound on the nose.The palate is warm, bold and balanced with complex, delicious liquorice and French cedar oak characters. Dark hazelnut, chocolate brown in colour.
